We are looking for a SFH in Plano/Richardson area, close to intersection of highway 75/Campbell Road. We don't have any pets. I'm relocating due to work and my credit score is super high.

House type: SFH 3bedroom, 2bathroom, minimum around 1800 sq ft, less than around 3200 sq ft, 1 story or 2 story is Okay.

Preferences 1: Preferred flooring without carpet. Bright spacious room and good condition.
No preference of living close to restaurants or Chinese grocery store.

Move-in date: end of May or early June 202

We are a small family and will take care of the houses nicely since we are living in our house for more than 10 years and totally understands from a landlord perspective.
