I'm 24y old software engineer 程序员 who started working in downtown Houston recently.

I'm looking for:
- around $800 or lower rent
- a clean, quiet and smoke free environment.
- ~20m or less biking/commute to Downtown
- AC, In-unit laundry
- Move-in July or Aug
- 2-4 roommates total who prioritizes sleep hours.

- Greater Heights/Near Northside/EaDo
- University Place/ Rice Museum Disctrict

- Good lightings
