Dates are flexible. House is located in Spring Valley. 13 minutes from SDSU, and 20 minutes to Downtown San Diego. The upstairs room is unfurnished, and has an unshared private bathroom next to it.

Ideal roommate is someone who is clean, minimalistic, and considerate. A grad student, or someone who works full time. No pets (allergic), drugs, and preferably no overnight guests. Proof of income, references, and first month rent/deposit required.

The house was built one year ago in a brand new community, and is a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom house. There is a laundry room available for use, and plenty of street parking is available. Post office is directly across the street.

Rent will be $900 a month, not including internet and utilities ~$50.
